We take full control of the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards are met every step of the way.

 

Starting with recycling tree service logs from New York tree companies, we meticulously cut them into 15-inch lengths and split them into pieces ranging from 2 to 6 inches in diameter. These pieces then undergo the Kiln Drying process in our state-of-the-art Kiln Drying ovens, surpassing the USDA, Federal, and State requirements with a minimum temperature of 160 degrees for 60 minutes.

 

Following the drying process, our firewood undergoes a thorough cleaning in our tumbler before being expertly packaged on our custom packaging line. Each bag is thoughtfully stacked on pallets, securely stretch-wrapped, and housed in our warehouse until it's ready to be shipped to wholesalers, dealers, and campgrounds around the country. The result is an exceptional level of quality in packaged firewood that truly stands out.
